Reiki is a limitless, inexhaustible light energy which exists in the whole universe. If we link this universal life energy with our personal vital force, we can make our body, our mind and our soul stronger and healthier.
We people of the technical and industrial age on our Earth have lost contact with the Divine Unity of the Universe. We have no or only a weak connection anymore to the Unity of all Beings, to the Universal Love which links all living beings. All living beings on our Earth are capable of love and in need of love and affection. They need each other to be happy and healthy!
